However, your satisfaction and peace of mind are very important to us. If you have any concerns about your product, please reach out to us within 10 business days of receiving your art piece.     • Manufacturing Your Art Piece:
      We then work with our trusted manufacturing partner to produce your one-of-a-kind glass art piece.

    • Delivery:
      Your custom art piece will be shipped to you, typically within 2-4 weeks from when we receive the cremains sample.
