Delicate Embroidery at Elie Saab Couture S/S 2013

Every season Elie Saab Haute Couture manages to steal my heart.  This years Paris Couture Week collection was no exception.  Sadly, I was not able to attend the show this time, but I find myself still drooling over the photos of the collection.  The Elie Saab show is always one of my favorites since it is feminine, delicate and usually full of embroidery.  This is one fashion house that knows how to use and showcase real Couture workers and ateliers.  Each Elie Saab gown takes approx. 800 hours to complete and numerous workers create these stunning one of kind pieces.  This season was named “ode to delicateness” and was overflowing with crystal embroidery, lace flowers and lots of tulle.  This is one collection that I can honestly say that I love every piece that came down the runway!
