Ordering through a Funeral Home: If you place your order through a preferred funeral home, they will handle all the details for you, making the process seamless and stress-free.

Ordering from Our Website: When you order directly from our website, we provide everything you need. You’ll receive a Glimpse Care Kit, which includes everything to collect a very small amount of ashes from your loved one or pet. Once we receive the ashes, we will use them to uncover their unique Glimpse—a celestial imprint that will be transformed into your custom product(s). You will also receive digital copies of your loved one’s Glimpse, which can be used for future productions.
Digital-Only Orders: If you’re only ordering a digital image of your loved one’s Glimpse, that process takes up to two weeks and will be delivered via email.
The entire process for physical products takes approximately 3-6 weeks. We’re here to ensure a meaningful, beautiful tribute every step of the way.
